about us

Welcome to the Meadowlark Institute website. We are a 21st century organization that connects to clients throughout the world. We are committed to bringing the practices of participatory leadership and hosting and harvesting meaningful conversations into our everyday work and lives.

Please take a few moments to browse through our many web pages and get to our staff, Board and Partners. Visit our Worldview and Convening and Planning Program Overview web pages to gain a deeper understanding of the Institute’s core philosophy and commitment to service. You will find many resource documents throughout the website and in our library. The documents in our website are resources for you to download and use. We hope you do.

Our mission is simple, yet reflects a deep commitment to purpose – making a difference in the world.

The Meadowlark Institute provides leadership training, convening, and planning services to organizations, communities, and businesses using the global Art of Hosting Meaningful Conversations core practices.  We use these practices to expand your capacity to bring forth the knowledge, wisdom and leadership that is within each of you and your organizations and communities.  With these new tools, you are better able to manage change and produce business or social impact.

We are a for-more-than-profit, 501c3 organization. Our main office is in rural Minnesota. Please contact us if we can be of service to you as we work together towards the future we seek.
